One of the founding partners and a key pillar of the organisation is Prashant Wadkar, a Diploma holder in Automobile Engineering with extensive hands-on experience in the automobile industry. Before beginning his entrepreneurial journey, Prashant worked with reputed automobile organisations including Navnit Motors, Thanawala Motors and Mahindra Global Gallery, where he developed strong expertise in vehicle servicing, maintenance, accident repairs, denting and painting. In 2014, he established Dynamic Workshop in Waghbil, which continues to provide car repair and maintenance services today. Over the years, Prashant has earned the trust of a loyal customer base who value him for his reliable workmanship, honest advice and transparent approach. Building on this experience and the trust developed over the years, Prashant has now joined hands with his partners to establish Steadfast Automobiles LLP, expanding into the buying and selling of pre-owned vehicles. Steadfast also assists customers with new car sales and RTO services, with the objective of offering a dependable, transparent and convenient automotive experience under one roof.
